New 2013 Honda CR-V Unveiled at Paris Motor Show

At the Paris Motor Show celebrates the European version of the fourth-generation CR-V had its premiere. We are already showing the first pictures of the new 2013 Honda CR-V.

With more than five million copies sold in approximately 160 countries, include the Honda CR-V SUV of the most successful worldwide. The first generation CR-V was introduced in 1995,  in November, then in November is the start of the fourth generation of the Honda CR-V.

Nevertheless, the new 2013 Honda CRV offers more space inside for passengers and luggage. The boot capacity now holds 589 liters and is therefore greater than 147 liters in the previous model. With only a single handle can fold the rear seats thanks to the "Easy-Fold-down" system, allowing up to 1669 liters of storage space.

Besides the design has also done a lot in the art. First and foremost, a new all-wheel drive provides better traction and is 17 percent lighter than the hydraulically-controlled all-wheel system of the previous model.

A revised range of engines and improved aerodynamics provide a more economical progress in the new Honda CR-V. At the start of the CR-V comes with the 2.0 liter i-VTEC gasoline engine that now delivers 155 hp instead of 150 hp and the 2.2 liter i-DTEC, which comes to an output of 150 hp.

Both engines are available with manual, also available as an automatic circuit. When diesel was the CO2 emissions of 171 to 149 g / km will be reduced, the gasoline engine comes to 173 instead of 192 g / km.

Standard models are equipped with a manual transmission with a start / stop system, an ECON mode and Eco Assist are on all models here.

For the new CR-V, there will be plenty of assistance systems, including lane departure warning are the "LKAS" adaptive cruise control "ACC" and the collision warning system "CMBS" will be available.
